テイスティングコメント
香り：牡蠣のスモーク、レモンを搾ったスモークサーモン、潮風、燃えさし、熟成感のあるシャルドネ、奥から熟したグレープフルーツやビターチョコレート。
味わい：焼き菓子、パッションフルーツ、パイナップル、塩を振ったスイカ、ヨード、海藻、アンチョビ入りオリーブ。
フィニッシュ：グレープフルーツの綿、カカオ、ローストアーモンド、心地よいジンジャーのスパイスがスモークと共に長く続く。
コメント：心地よい塩味とピート＆スモークがフルーツフレイバーの甘さを引き立てたメリハリの利いた味わい深いボウモア。
Aroma: smoked oysters, smoked salmon squeezed with lemon, sea breeze, burnt, matured Chardonnay. Finally ripe grapefruit and bitter chocolate.
Palate: baked goods, passion fruit, pineapple, salted watermelon, iodine, seaweed, anchovy olives.
Finish: core of grapefruit, cacao, roasted almonds. Pleasant ginger spices with smoke feel long time.
Comment: Pleasant salty taste and peat & smoke add to the sweetness of fruit flavors. A tasteful Bowmore that expresses the contrast of taste.
