スペイサイドの心を継ぐ皆川達也氏厳選、
記念すべきファーストボトリング。

スペイサイドのウイスキー、土地と文化を知り尽くした皆川氏が厳選した、
まさにスペイサイドの魅力が存分に味わえる1本。

記念すべき第1弾の原酒に選ばれたのは、スコットランドを代表するシングルモルト。
蒸留所名は明記できませんが、
「シングルモルトのロールスロイス」とも云われている蒸留所の
カスクストレングス、シングルカスクの原酒になります。

本店クライゲラヒと秩父を繋ぎ、
ハイランダーインの空気が伝わる、
フルーティーでとても親しみやすい1本。

ラベルにはインドネシア出身のアーティストであり、
ウイスキー愛好家でもあるAndrew Soetiono氏が描いた
ハイランダーイン秩父の作品が採用されております。

This is the first memorable bottling exclusively selected by Mr. Tatsuya Minagawa, who inherits the spirit of Speyside.
 
We will release the bottle has fully attractively uniqueness of Speyside selected by Mr. Minagawa
who is very knowledgeable for the land of Speyside of whisky and culture.

This whisky is selected as the first memorable bottle, which is representative of Scotch Whisky.
We can’t tell you the distillery name,
but it’s considered in general this distillery is famous for the "Rolls-Royce"
and bottling as cask strength from single cask.
 
This bottle is very approachable, fruitiness just like you can enjoy the atmosphere of
Highlander inn Craigellachie and Chichibu branch for united. 
 
The label drawn of Highlander inn Chichibu is designed by Mr. Andrew Soetiono,
an artist and whisky lover from Indonesia.



Tasting Comment by 皆川 達也

香り：クリーンで冷ややか、純米大吟醸酒、スギの割り箸、美人のおしろい。
味わい：口に含むと、限りなくソフトな生姜湯、サクマドロップの梨味。
フィニッシュ：微かにレモングラス、非常にデリケートでソフト、後半に上品な苦みに変化。
コメント：春に飲んでも良し、秋に飲んでも良し。食前に飲んでも良し、食後に飲んでも良し。正直、僕は好きだナ！

皆川達也 Tatsuya Minagawa

18歳より京都でバーテンダーの仕事を始める。
1998年にスコットランドへ渡り、エジンバラで4年、
その後スペイサイドのCraigellachie Hotel バーマネージャーに。

2005年にダイレクター兼ウィスキーマネジャーとしてHighlander Inn の立ち上げに参加。
その後、サントリーの欧州ブランドアンバサダーを経て2015年にハイランダーインのオーナーに。

自身のバーをはじめ、世 界各地ウィスキーイベントでウィスキーの魅力について語る日々を送っている。
